We have an amazing opportunity for a QA Coordinator to join the team. You will ensure that the site adheres to all food safety certification processes and VQM compliance in the form of internal auditing, document control and assistance with navigating through external third-party audit assessments.

**Description**:
About the Role

Assist in the oversight of the site’s food safety processes and compliance to VQM manual and external certifications.
Assist with the investigation and close out of Customer Complaints.
Monitor and review of documentation completion
Maintenance of retention samples
Internal auditing of current processes and procedures.
Support the National QA Manager during external audits
Sensory evaluation on processing of new cheese wheels
Ensure precision cutting, wrapping and labelling of speciality cheeses

Skills and Experience

Exposure and understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
Experience in a FMCG environment, in QA role preferable
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong communication skills
Knowledge and experience in dairy would be highly advantageous.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
