Are you passionate about safety, systems, and making a real impact across a dynamic organisation? Smithbridge Group is seeking a Group Systems Coordinator to support our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) function. This role is ideal for someone with strong systems administration experience and a genuine interest in safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and troubleshoot SHEQ systems and training programs
  • Maintain and update Group SHEQ registers and documentation
  • Manage document publication across SIMS and Myosh platforms
  • Support insurance coordination, claims management, and compliance reviews
  • Assist with internal audits (ISO 45001 & ISO 9001) and incident investigations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain meeting records
  • Ensure SHEQ program compliance with legislation and corporate standards

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in systems administration under ISO-certified systems
  • Strong data entry and reporting accuracy
  • Experience in training delivery and using online systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Preferred:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology
  • Cert IV in WHS and/or TAE qualifications
  • Experience with Articulate 360 and auditing standards (AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001)
