Are you passionate about safety, systems, and making a real impact across a dynamic organisation? Smithbridge Group is seeking a Group Systems Coordinator to support our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) function. This role is ideal for someone with strong systems administration experience and a genuine interest in safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and troubleshoot SHEQ systems and training programs
- Maintain and update Group SHEQ registers and documentation
- Manage document publication across SIMS and Myosh platforms
- Support insurance coordination, claims management, and compliance reviews
- Assist with internal audits (ISO 45001 & ISO 9001) and incident investigations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain meeting records
- Ensure SHEQ program compliance with legislation and corporate standards
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in systems administration under ISO-certified systems
- Strong data entry and reporting accuracy
- Experience in training delivery and using online systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Preferred:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology
- Cert IV in WHS and/or TAE qualifications
- Experience with Articulate 360 and auditing standards (AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001)

- Strong Microsoft Office skills and document control expertise
- Willingness to travel as needed
