Allied Health Receptionist

I am looking for a warm and friendly receptionist to join me in a psychology clinic at Grange. The position is **permanent casual** for approximately 10 hours per week, which **are to be completed in three shifts, from Mondays to Thursdays.**

The applicant should:

- Have **excellent** computer skills especially using Microsoft Office (including Excel spreadsheet and word document) and pdfs
- Have **some previous experience** working in a medical or allied health clinic
- Be highly reliable, positive, initiative and resourceful
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional phone manner
- Be able to stay calm in challenging or stressful situations
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills, and the ability to work independently
- Be able to multi-task

The applicant is preferred to have:

- Developed skills to communicate clearly and effectively using psychological terminology.
- Demonstrated high level skills in negotiation and experience in dealing with difficult people.
- Some experience in maintaining a website.

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

- MS Office: 3 years (preferred)
