**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Advisor to play an integral role in providing advice and support to our business across all people practices, proactively identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with key leaders. You will also play an active role in the implementation of our new Learning Management System to support our investment in our people and drive operational excellence and support.

In addition, you will deliver on a range of Human Resources projects, develop and review people policies and be a key point of contact for leader queries.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and based at our Edinburgh North facility, this is an exciting opportunity for a people centric Human Resources professional to join our team and support and influence our evolving people strategy as our business continues to grow.

**About you**:
As an experienced, commercially aware Human Resources professional, you will have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with leaders, employees and external stakeholders.

Applications for this new role are encouraged from professionals with broad Human Resources generalist experience and a sound understanding of modern awards, employment related legislation and contemporary Human Resources practices.
