An exciting new role for a Tech Lead GCP Cloud Engineer working within Dockers and containerisation, working with well know household name, ASX listed. This company is now expanded into a new technology market and is the team is growing.
This GCP Cloud Tech Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer role will deliver and support digital solutions that provide value to the business working with mobile app, website, software, and data teams.
They currently working on a number of projects including A.I. machine learning with data / voice recordings within GCP. If you have AWS/ Azure experience that would be a bonus.
You will have the opportunity to research and evaluate new tools, frameworks and technologies that will improve the way GCP Cloud is being developed, built, executed, and monitored within the business.
Whilst leading projects and mentoring the team you will work alongside cross functional technical teams including solution architects, project managers, vendors and contractors to design, build and deploy new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions
As the Cloud GCP Lead will lead projects to design, configure and maintain GCP infrastructure to support the company's distributed systems architecture at scale with remaining hands on.
**What you need**
Senior Cloud/ DevOps Engineers experts with mentoring skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience of DevOps experience - ideally multiple platform - GCP
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines allowing developers to push their changes to production with high confidence
- Experience in Dockers and containerisation
- Experience with monitoring/alerting solutions
- Experience in CloudFormation essential
- Experience in Jenkins, Bamboo, Infra as code/ Terraform, Ansible, Python and Ruby desirable
- Technically leading a team and working closely with Vendors and 3rd party consultants
