Role Overview

This position is a unique blend of administrative support, financial tasks, and operations responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone with a
Finance background who is finishing Uni and looking for a full-time opportunity.

structured as a growth pathway
:

  • Phase 1:
    Learn the business from the ground up by mastering the administrative and operational processes that make capital raisings possible.
  • Phase 2:
    As you gain confidence and knowledge, you'll progress into more client-facing, analytical, and strategic responsibilities with significant career upside.

We're looking for someone with a bubbly personality who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Work directly with Brokers, Investors, and Companies in the Capital Raising process.
  • Assist with website management related to ASX Capital Raises.
  • Conduct research and analysis on ASX-listed companies.
  • Create and design marketing materials.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage ASX equity trade settlements.
  • Interact with share registries.
  • Prepare term sheets and templates.
  • Onboard new clients and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Assist with placing client orders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in administration, marketing, or operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
