**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Territory Manager, Biopsy to work with and support our customers across VIC, SA, TAS and NT. This role will be based in Melbourne; however, some quarterly travel will be required to service customers in SA and TAS.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement plans to achieve/exceed sales budget.- Analyse sales and market data and set measurable project objectives.- Manage product mix to achieve divisional sales and marketing objectives.- Develop business plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with Sales and Product Manager.- Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff.- Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.- Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sale leads, and information re product price or account activity to Sales and Product Manager and other appropriate company personnel.
Preferred Requirements- Experience medical device or pharmaceutical sales (Essential)- Strong B2B sales experience (Essential)- Tertiary Qualification preferred.- Self-motivated to drive business in the territory- Experience selling into Radiologists, Sonographers, Procurement would be advantageous.- Demonstrates strong business acumen- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required- Interpenetrates sales data demonstrates analytical skills- Problem solving ability and demonstrated examples of providing innovative solutions- Demonstrated ability in matching and delivering the appropriate level of customer support with the value of the business opportunity.- Ability to deal with multiple priorities and short time lines from time to time. Must be able to manage customer expectations appropriately.- Ability to work autonomously.
