The
**Brisbane Bullets Basketball Club** is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to appoint to the position of Consumer Operations Coordinator.

We are after a person with a fearless approach and in return, will be rewarded with opportunities for growth and exposure to professional sports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Membership:_
- Drive high level customer service through all engagement and touchpoints with consumers
- Sell and process memberships, upgrades and add on’s to Bullets consumers
- Efficiently manage the Membership database through reporting, training and data management
- Ticketing:_
- Process internal and external ticket requests and sales through ticketing system
- Manage group booking enquiries and sales
- Reporting and analysis in relation to membership and ticketing and crowd attendance
- Merchandise:_
- Manage all online merchandise orders and coordinate fulfilment
- Deliver a high level of customer service to all online and phone enquiries for merchandise
- Coordinate stock management and inventory in conjunction with the Head of Consumer Engagement
- Game Day:_
- Coordinate game day requirements of the Consumer department across membership, ticketing and merchandise including ticket collections, stadium briefing documents and merchandise stock on hand
- Provide customer service to all membership and ticketing enquiries on game day
- Sell and promote memberships on game day

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service based role
- A strong passion or interest in sport and/or Basketball
- Customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in membership or ticketing desired, but not required
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Adequate computer skills and information technology literacy
- Preparedness to be flexible in respect to work hours and travel
- A current driver’s license
