**Key responsibilities**:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements and provide support and guidance to liaison officers.
- Act as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluation activities.
- Organize student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensure liaison services meet compliance standards.
- Manage placement records, assess student performance, and identify and address any placement issues promptly.
- Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives.
**About you**:
- Hold a diploma or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, or related fields, with at least two years of relevant industry experience.
- Commit to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under mínimal supervision.
**Desirable**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as required for Registered Training Organizations.
- Experience with vocational placement programs in educational settings.
- Familiarity with supporting international and multicultural students, along with proficiency in InPlace, RTO Manager, and Moodle.
