**About You**:
You have a strong background in HR Advisory, managing employee performance and Industrial Relations and are looking to develop your HR business partnering and stakeholder relationship skills. You are also data driven and highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

**Your new role**:
Following an internal secondment we are looking for a new HR Business Partner to manage day to day support and HR advice to people leaders in our Queensland Funeral Operations for the next 12 months. There are a broad range of matters and issues to manage and you will need to be skilled at prioritising and managing risks and issues. This role will also require to complete analysis and report on people metrics and Key performance indicators. Working alongside our current HR Business Partner and the broader Funerals HR team you will grow and develop in a high performing team.
