Our integrated service model means you’ll provide your specialist expertise as part of a holistic solution for patients. You’ll enjoy an environment where new ideas and initiatives are welcomed and supported.

As the Team Leader you will provide day to day supervision of a range of allied health staff and maintain a 60% clinical workload in the clinical discipline you are qualified in. In conjunction with the Manager Integrated Primary Health Service, the Team Leader will assist in further developing the service profile to meet the needs of the community and respond to changes in the external environment.

In addition, you will join a supportive network of individuals and other team leaders whom you can collaborate with and learn from.

**To be successful, you will require;**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant Allied Health field
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a **Health Care Worker A**. Evidence of immunisation history and any mandated government vaccinations e.g. COVID 19 must be provided prior to confirmed appointment unless otherwise medically exempt (evidence of medical exemption must be supplied).
