**The Role**
Derrimut 24:7 Gym in is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated manager. They will be developing a new concept Derrimut Nutrition (Smoothie) Bars to fruition for multiple Victorian Locations.
The team leader is to provide leadership and daily direction to the sales and nutrition bar teams. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health.
Working days are Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm
The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:
- Supervise staff and ensure that all problems are solved with the customer’s interests being your first concern
- Staff oversight/assistance from recruiting, rostering, and performance
- To work as part of a team in achieving team targets, and review on a regular basis
- Creating, and preparing juices, smoothies and other various items with in the nutrition bar
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well-stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring the freshness and quality of products
- Operate equipment and serve products in the juice bar area, this includes preparing juices and smoothies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused
- Quick learner, especially with new systems
- Motivated, organised and results driven
- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- High sense of integrity and honesty
- A team player who is able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers
- To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry
To be eligible for this position you must have:
- At least 2 years of hospitality experience
- Customer service experience & strong administration skills
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR and Police check
- Food handling experience and qualification (is preferred)
