**The Challenge**

Marnco has grown from 5 to 20 people in one year. They've forced established players to compete on price for the first time in decades. Now I'm helping them build the technology foundation that supports intelligent scaling by finding the right person.

You'll assess their current systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and design the architecture for their next growth phase - including SAP implementation planning.

**What You'll Do**

**Systems Analysis & Strategy**: Map their current technology across both countries, identify gaps, and create implementation roadmaps.

**Hands-On Development**: Build APIs, create integrations, develop custom tools, and prototype AI solutions. Your code runs in production within weeks.

**Enterprise Planning**: Assess their SAP readiness and design architecture that supports scale without breaking current operations.

**Direct Impact**: Every system you connect eliminates manual work. Every dashboard you build enables faster decisions.

**Requirements**:
Technical Foundation:

- Full-stack development across multiple technologies
- API integration and system architecture experience
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and database design
- Business intelligence tools and rapid prototyping

Business Skills:

- 5+ years technology consulting or senior development
- Stakeholder management and technical communication
- Business problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Quick learner with strong business acumen

Bonus:

- AI/ML implementation experience
- Agriculture, supply chain, or commodity technology background
- Enterprise system evaluation experience
- Startup/scale-up technology leadership

**6-Month Success Metrics**
- **Process efficiencies** to save hours of manual work weekly
- **System enhancements** improving daily operations and innovate new ways to service customers.
- **Technology risk assessment** and remediation plan
- **Strategic roadmap** for scaling technology across both countries
- **Foundation architecture** ready for enterprise system integration

**Contract**: 6 months, immediate start preferred

**Location**: Melbourne CBD (flexible hybrid)

**Rate**: $180k - $200k pro rata with extension potential
