DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC) is a leading provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle CC&B or CCS to join our Melbourne-based DXC Oracle Practice delivery team.

Key Skills And Experience
  • Experience leading business process analysis, solution design, and implementation for utility customer service operations.
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing client requirements, configuring CC&B or CCS billing modules, and supporting end-to-end testing and training.
  • Strong knowledge of CC&B or CCS functionalities such as customer management, billing, payments, and meter-to-cash processes.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in utility domain projects.
  • Basic SQL query development skills for data quality analysis.
