We are currently looking for a reliable + hardworking
**Parts Interpreter** to join our Parts team at
**Essendon Ford. **This is your chance to step into the automotive industry and build yourself a successful and rewarding career You will become a member of our parts team, learning to deal with customer queries and advise on automotive parts and accessories.

**_About the role_**
- Interpret, quote and sell parts to all internal and external customers
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service at all times
- Prepare and process invoices, part requisitions, inventory documents and vendor orders
- Promote and upsell products
- Saturday mornings on a rotating roster

**_About You_**
- Strong customer service ethic _(essential)_
- Experience in an automotive parts interpreting position or heavy vehicle parts interpreting position _(preferred but not essential)_
- Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of ERA systems _(preferred but not essential)_
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite _( preferred but not essential)_
- Current driver’s license
