**Hotel Services Coordinator**

**About the role**

This role will see you looking after the day-to-day operations of our Catering and Housekeeping services across **Warners Bay Private** reporting to our **Hotel Services Manager.**

**Your duties may include**:

- Daily workplans
- Linen ordering
- Rostering (Workplan)
- Preparing for food safety & housekeeping audits
- Leading, coaching, motivating our team
- Direction and leadership of all Catering and Housekeeping staff
- Quality and Infection control
- Functions and ordering of food and commodities.

**About you**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Trade Chef qualification and demonstrated management experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong relationships within the team and across departments.
- Ability to lead, support and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service across the hospital.
- Be highly motivated and organised.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and have the ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.

**Requirements**:
