Child care centre manager (2IC)

If you are looking for a small service (36 licenced places) where the general stress level is low and the staff, along with the children and their families, function as a one strong unit, then you have come to the right place.

Your role

Diploma in Children's services (ACECQA approved)
Hold a current First Aid, child protection, WWCC, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
Shift work between 7.00am and 6.00pm

**Responsibilities**:
Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engage and supervise the children at all times
Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
Comply with National Quality Standards and the service policies and procedures
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Liaise with the service's director and ensure the service is complying with the national quality documents and laws and regulations.
Ensure processes are in place for the smooth operation of the service

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- BONNET BAY, NSW 2226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
