**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2.Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce transactions services and/or rostering and payroll services in a complex, high volume environment

3.Highly developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

4.Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, policies or procedural guidelines relevant to Medical Workforce activities.

5.Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a high volume environment.

7.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
