**Job Description**:
As our National Delivery Partner Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the Independent Delivery Contractors Department. This newly created position involves leading a team of two direct reports, while ensuring the successful navigation of compliance, sourcing, onboarding, operations and performance of all IDC-relative activities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partner relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering an innovative approach to improve service delivery and departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a growing team, offering guidance and support for continued growth and success.- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements for all IDC operations.- Oversee sourcing, onboarding, and training process for Independent Delivery Contractors.- Monitor, analyse and optimise contractor performance to drive operational excellence.- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and contractors.- Strategise, develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall IDC partnership experience, including designing incentive programs and expanding service offerings for all Independent Delivery Contractors.- Leverage technology to improve operational efficiencies, innovate processes, and promote continuous improvement in all IDC functions in collaboration with key stakeholders.- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in finance, operations and sales to provide up-to-date analysis of IDC group performance with the mindset of continuous improvement.- Availability to travel as needed to support operations and client relationships.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).- leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.- Strong understanding of IDC operations, compliance and industry best practices.- Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes.- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build long-term professional relationships.- Strong service-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot.- Ability to analyse and improve KPIs.
