Cater Care is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee maintenance operations across our site. If you’re a hands-on leader with a trade background and a commitment to safety, quality, and team development—this is your opportunity to make a difference. This role is FIFO from Brisbane,based on 8/6 roster.
**Description**:
About the Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all site facilities. You'll plan and manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, oversee compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all systems and assets are well maintained and compliant. This is a Fly in and Fly out position from Brisbane, based on 8/6 roster.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate the maintenance team to deliver high standards of work.
Develop and execute preventive and reactive maintenance plans.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers to support operations.
Ensure all work is performed in line with Cater Care’s safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and cost control measures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
Ensure data integrity within the company’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.
