**The opportunity**:
Provide oversight and effective co-ordination of the Sea World Show & Entertainment in-park offer.

**Your day to day**:

- Supervise Show and Entertainment team across SWBU
- Assist in the planning and successful execution of major event calendar specific to SWBU (inclusive of Carnivale and Spooky Nights).
- Act as the S&E SWBU point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure licensing compliance for characters
- Maintain performance standards to ensure a superior guest experience is delivered
- Provide divisional administrative duties to support the daily operational requirements
- Complete show reports, injury, incidents and accident reports and maintenance requests as required.
- Ensure compliance of industrial instrument that covers team members
- Ensure all safety and compliance training are undertaken

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in a senior capacity within the entertainment industry
- Experience in managing/leading teams, delegation and mentorship
- Coach other in Job Skills Certificate (preferred)
- Experience with Kronos and SAP (preferred)
- Ability to work successful with key stakeholders within the business and key parties externally
