Role Purpose

The role is ideally suited to an account manager or project manager looking to collaborate closely with our clients to manage the delivery of website development projects, digital & performance marketing campaigns and ongoing managed services across our Performance and Technology Partnerships.

Working with the GM/Head of Client Services, the role will manage delivery and coordination of projects and services on a day to day basis. This will include scoping, estimating and managing projects, and collaborating with clients to maintain, seek out and recommend new project and optimisation opportunities. You will work closely with team members and partners, provide support and help scale existing client relationships.

This role will also provide training and development in a range of technology and marketing platforms to support our hands-on and collaborative culture. The role is ideally suited to someone wanting to scale their experience in strategy, user-experience, technology and digital marketing.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Day to day management of client projects and relationships

Ensure all projects are defined in line with metronome process

Strategic input into overall process

Ensure client expectations are met as defined in budget and scope

Prepare client and internal briefs, WIPs and scopes as required

Accurate and up-to-date project maintenance at all times, including brief updates

Prepare estimates and manage additional project costs and change requests as they arise

Assist Practice Manager in scheduling work as far in advance as possible

Ensure all expenses are factored into the final job cost to assist with EOM invoicing

The kind of person we’re looking for

A minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a digital marketing or creative practice is required

Metronome specialises in the property marketing and technology space so previous experience within this

category will be an advantage

Focused, energised and able to hit the ground running and learn quickly

Able to work seamlessly with our Marketing and Technology teams.
