The role of Bookkeeper is crucial in providing comprehensive support to these clients, working closely with our offshore team and client's PA.

**About the Role**:

- Full-time or part-time options available (flexible hours).
- Core hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility (1 hour each side).
- Location: Brisbane City - Hybrid role (3 in office, 2 remote).
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Collaborating with the offshore team for task management and meeting deadlines.
- Journal adjustments, end of month processes, and BAS preparation.
- Supporting multiple business entities and handling queries.
- Payroll, reconciliations, and invoice management.
- Providing Xero support.

**About You**:

- Extensive bookkeeping experience in professional services.
- Familiarity with larger accounting firms or managing multiple business entities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Background in Accounting preferred but not mandatory.
