Bookkeeper

We are seeking an assistant bookkeeper to work in a busy bookkeeping environment, initially for 2 days per week (approx. 10hrs per week). Extra hours will be available during busy periods. Some flexibility is available in regards to which day of the week .
Our office is conveniently located in Holland Park, Brisbane and while the role is initially on-site, there is potential to work remotely as you become established in the role.

Key responsibilities will include:
· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
· Support with adhoc office duties as required
To be successful:
Cert IV in Bookkeeping
Min 1 year experience with Xero
A can-do attitude and high attention to detail
Strong general computer skills
Excel skills (an advantage but not essential)
