**About the Role**
This is a brand new position in our Tatura site which is an exciting part of our growth and development. As the Packing Trainer you’ll play a crucial role in training all new starters joining the packing team. During our peak season (October to November) your days will be taken up with the training and support of new starters whereas during our colder months you will join the team on the packing line and aiming to meet KPIs and quality expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training all new and returning packing team members in the area induction and all required SOPs
- Reviewing the quality of packed products meet the expected standards
- Providing feedback and re-training where required
- Supporting new starters to integrate into the packshed
- Working on the packing line as required

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience training team members is highly adventagous
- Previous experience working within a packing environment is highly regarded
