Dispatch Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Dispatch Assistant** to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring all packed fruit is accurately documented, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining product quality and traceability standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations, including preparing and loading customer orders.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely to move pallets and stock.
- Use PackManager software for product labelling, order processing, and dispatch documentation.
- Organize and rotate stock to maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and order completion.
- Work closely with QC and packing teams to ensure correct labelling and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dispatch and storage areas.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling procedures.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a fruit packhouse, warehouse, or dispatch environment (preferred).
- Experience using PackManager software
- Forklift licence
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet dispatch schedules.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and good teamwork skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
