What you will be doing & delivering

Due to rapid expansion of our Tatura site, we are seeking Production Team Leaders & Supervisors to join our team.

As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading our Packhouse operations These positions are key to ensuring the seamless, efficient, and timely packing of customer orders, delivered on budget and to the highest standards. You will support or drive daily operations, coordinate teams, and champion continuous improvement to meet evolving business and customer needs. These are hands-on leadership opportunities where operational precision meets people management, all within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

From supporting (Team Leader level), to doing and delivering (supervisor level), the function of the role includes:

• People Leadership: Drive a high-performance culture; support the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR.

• Production operations: Ensuring efficient order planning, stock allocation, and staffing to meet packing targets within budget and on schedule.

• Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance, partnering with OHS team
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support continuous improvement by addressing issues and promoting high standards in hygiene, equipment care, and operational practices.
