What will you do?

The Operations Readiness and Improvement roles we’re recruiting will sit within the Asset Management and Performance Advisory team and be based in Brisbane and Perth, with some openings across all major capital cities in Australia.

In this position you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of greenfield, brownfield, sustaining capital and improvement projects. You’ll have exposure to projects across a number of industries such as Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Manufacturing, Resources and Utilities just to name a few. You will have a keenness in business development and client engagement.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will need to have in order to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Solid firsthand Operations/Asset Management experience ideally in a management / leadership role
- Project management experience
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Client engagement to deliver superior outcomes
- Experience or aspiration to work across a broad range of asset intensive industries
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholders
