**About the role**

The **Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator**is a** Full-time**position, based at **Pyrmont, NSW.** Reporting to **the Store Manager**you will join our** Gyprock Trade Centre,**and**you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Deliver building materials to job sites using company vehicle daily.
- Manage stock movements and maintain stock levels.
- Load customer orders onto trucks for distribution, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
- Carry out warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeeping
- Unload inbound stock deliveries.
- Serve customers in the warehouse area, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually when required.
- Ensure all documentation, labelling, and product presentation standards are met.
- Carry out warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
- Be available to work at other nearby stores when needed.

Your hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 2pm.

**About you**:

- Current forklift license with sufficient experience and a valid driver's licence are essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
- Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
