**Skilltech **, a division of the Downer Group, is one of Australia's largest providers of metering services. We provide over 50 million meter readings and associated services for water, electricity and gas meters for government, utilities and corporations across Australia each year.

A new opportunity has become available for a **Field Services Officer **position based out of our **Underdale SA **office.

**About the role**

This role coordinates the day-to-day operations of issuing and returning of customer keys which includes office and field-based activities. Key responsibility is to maintain a high level of record keeping maintaining systems and registers while providing an outstanding customer service level. In addition, you’ll be providing other support to operations and management when required.

This role will be well suited for a hands-on person with previous field experience, wanting to make a move to a more office-based position. Outstanding attention to detail and meticulous record keeping is a must.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a field based and/or administrative role supporting field operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office - MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Scheduling experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
