**The Role**

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be leading the day-to-day IT operations of the company as well as projects to deliver the future state digital vision, ensuring SLA’s are adhered to at all times.

As an excellent communicator and self-starter, you will proactively engage with the business to develop IT-based solutions to business challenges. Your ability to manage change and work effectively with others means you will be able to manage the initiatives you develop through to completion.

key responsibilities of the role include:

- Maintain system stability and performance, ensuring availability, reliability, and usability.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT group including downtime, reporting service levels, defining and tracking IT operational metrics and providing status to management.
- Lead the IT team to improve service delivery and quickly identify changes to requirements.
- Oversee the development of IT departmental strategies to align with the overall business strategy partnering with the business to ensure end-user expectation levels are met.
- Responsible for developing and implementing hardware and software standards for networks, servers, databases, wireless technology, file and print services, etc.
- Collaborate with internal staff to align technology platforms and performance upgrades with future business projects/growth.

**Your Profile**

Essentials:

- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience in leading small to medium teams.
- Experience managing external vendors and contracts - KPIs and SLAs.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration experience.
- Microsoft 365 knowledge with local AD - Azure AD sync and single sign-on.
- Experience in writing SQL and querying databases.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Desirable:

- ITIL certification
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
- Experience with security software, strategy and policy
- Experience in software development
