**Your team**:
The Decision Support and Projects team operates within Finance and Fund Services. The team is responsible for leading business partnering activities across CFS' transformation and business as usual operations and supporting business owners in meeting short and long term financial objectives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting the development, review and sign-off of CFS' annual revenue, NetFlow, operating expense and FTE plans
- Undertaking monthly variance analysis, commentary and insights on revenue, operating expenses and FTE and communication of results to business stakeholders including risks and opportunities
- Supporting the collation and sign-off of expense, revenue and NetFlow benefit assumptions associated with strategic investments
- Conducting ad hoc analysis or scenario modelling with regard to operating expenses, FTE, revenue, FUA and margins as required
- Providing accurate and timely inputs into annual Member Outcomes Assessments;
- Supporting the ongoing enhancement of core finance operating processes with particular emphasis on expense and FTE reporting.

**Your capability and experience**:

- 5+ years post graduate experience in a business partnering or financial control function some of which was gained within a Financial Services organisation;
- Strong analytical and modelling capability with the capacity and desire to develop further;
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions and execute on agreed plans;
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, strong communication skills (written and verbal) with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- A relevant professional qualification (CA/CPA qualification or equivalent).
