An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing program for Macarthur Square shopping centre on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and as part of our broader retail portfolio marketing teams, this key role will have responsibilities across the following areas:
- Lead, manage and support the strategic marketing of Macarthur Square to drive KPI’s including customer traffic and loyalty, optimise sustainable sales and build the centre’s brand equity.- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of centre marketing specialists to deliver best practice retail marketing initiatives and campaigns whilst optimising employee engagement.- Drive the understanding of customer and market insights research, data and analytics to strategically position the centre for optimal success and performance.- Oversee development & delivery of the Centre’s digital strategy, ensuring it is aligned to key audience segments and strategic drivers of the asset.- As a leader within the Centre team, you will build and nurture strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders including customers, retailers, local community groups, senior management, external partners and suppliers.- Complete analysis and reporting of centre marketing activity against KPI’s including retail sales performance, visitation and market share, briefing key stakeholders on outcomes to ensure continual improvement.- Prepare and manage annual marketing budget, demonstrating alignment to marketing strategy.- Be part of the Duty Management & Centre leadership team rotation, with an understanding of managing and running the Centre with regards to EHS/Fire, building operations and key duty management responsibilities.
