- Providing your Manager and Property Services team with proactive administrative support.
- Being accountable for achieving outputs, having a strong customer focus and working collaboratively with others.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- You’ll help manage community land provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 including leasing and licensing
- Coordinate community consultation for all matters relating to public land (land classification and community leases).
- You will provide support as required in property projects.
- Be provided extensive workplace training in local government property.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$72,500 - $77,000 gross p.a. plus 10% superannuation
- **Hours of work**: Permanent Full Time Opportunity 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month.
