**Your new company**
Want to escape the Adelaide CBD and work in the Adelaide Hills? We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional who can provide operational HR support and advice to one of our local council clients.

**Your new role**
As a human resources business partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to a portfolio of local council clients in the Adelaide Hills area. You will work collaboratively with the councils’ senior management and staff to provide advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and change management. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the councils’ objectives and values.

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who has demonstrated expertise, knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in HR. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and a decision maker.

This is a temporary position for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension. The hourly rate is approximately $60-$65 per hour and this position is offered at full time, 4 days with the ability to work from home.
