**Accommodation Manager - Premium Luxury Glamping & Eco-Lodge-**

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee the **premium luxury glamping and eco-lodge offerings,** set against the stunning backdrop of the **Mornington Peninsula**. If you have a background in accommodation services and have worked across **front office, reservations, lodging, or guest services departments,** we’d love to hear from you

**Key factors**:

- **Oversee Daily Operations**:Manage the day-to-day operations of the glamping and eco-lodge accommodations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- **Guest Relations**:Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Reservations & Front Office Management**:Supervise the reservations process, including bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and the management of guest accounts.
- **Staff Leadership**:Lead and mentor the accommodation team, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure high standards of service.
- **Inventory & Maintenance**: Oversee room and lodge inspections, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance with relevant departments to keep all facilities in top condition.
- **Budget & Cost Control**: Manage accommodation-related budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high service standards.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:Ensure all accommodation areas comply with safety regulations and health protocols, creating a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- **Performance Reporting**:Track key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, guest feedback, and financial performance, and report to senior management with recommendations for improvements.
