Supplier Manager

**About the Role**
BOQ Group is seeking a Supplier Manager to support our Lenders Mortgage Insurance portfolio across our retail home lending brands, including BOQ, ME Bank, and Virgin Money.

In this role, you’ll work closely with supplier partners like Helia and QBE to support service delivery, ensure compliance, and help align outcomes with business objectives. You’ll also contribute to governance processes, managing contracts, assisting with budgeting, and supporting initiatives that improve how we operate and serve our customers.

The role involves maintaining strong, compliant relationships with LMI providers, managing invoicing and risk assessments, and assisting with attestations. You’ll also play a part in evolving LMI processes, working on digital integration projects, and collaborating on marketing efforts.

You'll work alongside Distribution, Operations and Risk teams to help ensure our processes meet APRA Prudential Standards and internal policies.

You’re someone who enjoys building relationships and working across different teams.

You’re naturally curious and enjoy refining workflows, spotting opportunities for improvement, and helping to make things run more smoothly and effectively.

You bring insight into risk, compliance, or lending environments, and have an understanding of regulatory responsibilities and supplier engagement. You care about improving ways of working, and you're comfortable leading initiatives that help both the business and its customers.

Your experience with Lenders Mortgage Insurance gives you a solid foundation for contributing to key processes that influence customer outcomes.
