**About the Organisation**:
Benchmark Resources Pty Ltd trading as Benchmark College is a registered, domestic training provider of Nationally Recognised Qualifications with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). (RTO Code 90274)

We are expanding and have moved into a state-of-art facility located in Penrith, NSW.

We are part of the Academies Australasia Group which has been operating for more than 114 years and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

**About the Role**:
As part our team you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for the provision of new business either through government funded programs and services, commercial fee-for-service opportunities and/or strategic partnerships.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous sales experience (negotiable)
- Willing to learn and be flexible
- Have own car
- A Working with Children's check

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Proven work experience in digital marketing
- Previous experience in cold calling
- Experience in working for an RTO or Employment Services
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Demonstrated ability to work and achieve revenue targets in a strategic manner
- Good organisation and time management skills
- National Police check

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
