**About us**

Based in Riverstone, this blinds manufacturer has an opportunity available for a Sales Representative to manage the customer base to drive revenue, meet customer expectations and exceed budget.

This company is family owned and prides itself of great customer service and high quality products. Dealing with retailers, interior designers & decorates, they encourage a diverse and inclusive workforce that can deliver the level of customer service they expect. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with new and established customers
- Promote your products range of window furnishings
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
- Ensure ongoing & reliable customer satisfaction through time management
- Understand manufacturing processes to ensure consistency across the business
- Advise on competitors, market activity and industry trends

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Consult and engage at all levels of the business to build and develop appropriate solutions
- Negotiate, prepare, and present sales plans, strategies, and forecasting
- Create, meet, and exceed sales targets, with an emphasis on business growth
- Demonstrate experience in working with customers from inception through to delivery
- Attend industry and networking events or associated exhibitions
