- Has the ability to diagnose and analyse customer issues with a passion to build and improve existing processes;

- Has energy, enthusiasm and is driven, with the natural desire to achieve.

**If you are energetic and actively seeking that next all-important opportunity and have the following**:

- 2 - 4 years minimum in a similar customer facing role;
- Strong analytical, communication and time management skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as seniors, peers and developers across the product teams;
- Strong customer service focus with a penchant for learning.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
