Based in Crestmead, our client is seeking Production Workers for an immediate start.

Our client is a leading premier Electrical supplier and have expanded dramatically throughout Australia over the last few years. The client produces wire and cable products.

**Role/s specifications**:
Day and Night shifts (rotating roster)

Work only 4 days per week - long weekend every week

3 x 10 hour days and 1 x 8 hour day

Roster works on a 24 hour rotating time period

Plenty of overtime available

$33.75 per hour (Day shift) and $41.85 per hour (Night shift)

Forklift ticket is mandatory

Driver’s license and car is mandatory as there is no public transport within the area

**PPE required**: Short or long sleeve hi vis shirt, shorts or long pants and steel cap boots are mandatory

Physically fit and strong - ability to move and produce large volumes of electrical cable

Long term and secure employment opportunity available - our client is looking to move guys to permanent and there is a sign on bonus of $500 to sweeten the deal

**Duties**:
Production of electrical wires and cabling

Operation of industrial machinery and equipment for manufacturing purposes

Forklift operation

Use of hand tools and electric strapping for specialised pallets

Quality checks to ensure production satisfaction and ability to identify any necessary rejects

Measuring of productions using approved equipment

Machine maintenance to minimise downtime on machines

Pre-start checks of machinery

Ability to measure and cut accurately using hand cutters and machine cutters

Ability to lift 20 kg repetitively

You must have valid working rights within Australia to be considered for this role.
