ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us to lead, innovate, and make an impact We're seeking a dynamic Manager with strong customer focus, event expertise, and stellar relationship skills.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Drive member engagement through events and initiatives
- Lead the Member Engagement team
- Foster key relationships, both internal and external
- Manage regional communications and Salesforce reporting

We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who wants to take ownership and is passionate about delivering world class member experiences. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven event/office management background
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Exceptional problem solver and organizer

- Tech-savvy with CRM, Office, and social media proficiency
