An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Personal Assistant to support a highly regarded Surgeon.
You will be required to assist the team the day to day operations of a busy practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Liaising with hospitals and nursing staff
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Medicare batching
- Ordering of office supplies
- Scanning documents
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:
- Previous experience working in a specialist practice
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to multi task and establish efficient office systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience utilising medical software
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading specialist which will bring new challenges while keeping patients your number one priority. Salary is negotiable depending on experience
