**What You Will Do?**
- Co-ordinate the delivery of high-quality, accredited education through engaging workshops both online and face to face
- Be responsible for marking assessments and guiding Trainers throughout their learning journey
- Contribute to course design and best practice updates
- Collaborate with RTO’s to develop meaningful partnerships that result in securing talent for our network
- Update manuals and training content
- Occasionally present to Franchise Owners and Trainers
- Proactively produce content and material used to attract new trainers to VPT
- Develop plans to market the learning platform ‘Vision Academy’ internally for greater trainer uptake
- Administrative support to the HQ team where needed

**What You Will Bring**:

- Relevant industry experience in sport or similar sector
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- A strong detail and process orientation by nature

**Bonus Points For You**:

- Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent
- Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness
