**The Company**
Healthcare HQ is a leading nursing agency in Sydney with our office located in Chatswood.

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an administration & payroll assistant on casual basis with excellent the option for further career growth within the company.

**The Role**
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven understanding of payroll processing and willingness to learn. You will be responsible for:

- Weekly approval of staff (casual contractors) timesheets
- Processing and preparation of weekly payroll reports
- Liaising with contractors regarding timesheet related enquiries and seeking management approval
- Generating weekly invoices based upon contracted hours worked at clients’ facilities
- Assist with general administrative and office duties

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Work experience within an office setting is highly desired but not essential.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - verbal, written and listening.
- Ability to adapt and embrace change.
- Willingness to learn new software / systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be someone who has an exceptional eye for detail and employs initiative to problem-solve where needed. You will be willing to learn new systems and can work independently whilst collaborating with the team.
