**About the Role**
As a **Disability Support Worker**, you’ll deliver exceptional, person-centred care to clients with Autism and complex behaviours. Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks like personal hygiene and grooming.
- Providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals, promoting independence and inclusion.
- Flexible Shifts with Different Clients: Work with a variety of clients in the area, with shifts available weekdays from 6am to 10pm. Example shifts include 6am-3:30pm or 4:30pm-10pm, giving you options to fit your schedule.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Experience with challenging behaviours, including Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.
- Background in intellectual disabilities and complex care.
- Training in restrictive practices and top-notch communication skills.
- A current driver’s licence, your own car, and a passion for empowering others.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $47.55 per hour
