We are currently seeking several enthusiastic, motivated and responsible Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis.

Reporting to the Management (Operation Team), you will be required to appropriately support participants with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities in our Centres**.**

This role would be suited to those with a genuine desire to promote the independence and inclusion in society of people with disability or developmental delay as well as a desire to support individuals to have a voice, choice, and exercise control over their own lives to achieve their individual goals.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have at least have a Certificate III in Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care
- Must have serious commitment to support and promote the individual needs of our participants
- Must have the ability to develop positive relationships with our participants and to support their individual care plans as appropriate.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experiences in supporting clients with various disabilities (psychosocial disability, Intellectual disability, autism) and challenging behaviours.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (you will be required to work on a range of shifts, including morning, afternoon and night shift (sleepover).
- Must have a Valid/Current Australian (NSW) Driver's Licence
- Must have a Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Must have a Valid NDIS Worker Check
- Must have a Valid First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Must have a Valid National Police Check
- Must have the right to work in Australia (Valid Visa / VEVO)

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Disability worker: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy (required)
- First Aid Certificate and CPR (required)
- NSW Driver Licence (required)
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care (required)
