**Location**: Byford
**Hours**: Casual, with part-time shifts available - flexible weekdays - Casual loading
**Start Date**: ASAP

**About the Role**

As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients - both over the phone and in person. Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth patient experience from the moment they arrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and health fund claims (HiCAPS, EFTPOS)
- Maintaining patient records and administrative duties
- Supporting the dental team with day-to-day practice operations

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist preferred (but not essential - training provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using dental software (D4W) - or quick to learn
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
