Location: Byford

Hours: Casual, with part-time shifts available – flexible weekdays - Casual loading

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients – both over the phone and in person. Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth patient experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering phone and email inquiries
  • Processing payments and health fund claims (HiCAPS, EFTPOS)
  • Maintaining patient records and administrative duties
  • Supporting the dental team with day-to-day practice operations

About You:

  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist preferred (but not essential – training provided)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using dental software (D4W) – or quick to learn
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
