**The Role: Shape the Future of Our Practice**

We're seeking an experienced receptionist to join us on a part-time or casual basis at our Byford location in Perth, Western Australia.

We are looking for the right person to join our reception staff and undertake the following duties:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Managing patient scheduling
- General administrative and clinic duties
- Generating invoices and remittances
- Helping with marketing and social media management
- Liaise with physiotherapists, GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Exercise discretion and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive health disclosures or distressed patients

**Work Schedule**:

- Shifts include late afternoons/early evenings (Monday-Wednesday)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
